Q—When will my order ship?

A—We ship Monday thru Friday. Orders received before noon Pacific time will usually be processed on the same day and will be ready for shipping in (2-14) working days depending on your order. If your product is in stock and no customization is required it will ship on the next business day. If your order comes in the after noon or you order on the weekend, your order will be processed on the next business day.

Q—How do I checkout???

A—Once you have loaded your cart and are ready to checkout.  Click on the dollar amount in the upper right hand corner of your screen.  Follow the instructions from there

Q—I saw a product on your site last week and now its gone, how come?

A—We update our site weekly, if we are sold out of something we take it off the site.  If it says “Out Of Stock” it means we  hope to get some in very soon.  We cannot guarantee that an item will be available again, so we have removed the backorder option. If we have it in stock, it’s on the site.

Q—Where are you located and can I come to your office to buy stuff?

A—Our offices are located in Quebec, Canada and in Cairo, Egypt. Sadly no, as we do not have a retail store at our office.

Q—I placed an order, now what happens?   

A—You will see an “order conformation number” on the website confirming your order.  You will receive an email confirming your order. You will get an email saying your order has shipped and it will include your tracking number.  We do not send out emails during the weekend, they will be sent the next business day. Sometimes the emails might be located in the SPAM FOLDER of your email.
